How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Most of our e-bikes provide a range of 40 to 70 miles depending on the terrain, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used.
Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, e-bikes are classified as bicycles and do not require a special license, provided they meet local speed and power regulations.
How do you ship the bikes and is assembly required?
Bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty crates. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals using the included tool kit.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with over 10 miles of usage.
Are the e-bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our e-bikes are IP65 rated, meaning they are resistant to rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every e-bike from eBike Super Shop comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
